Below is a brief Job Description of what we do
- We write and run ads to secure tenants
- Process tenant applications and choose tenants based on the facts they supply on their applications
- Answer phone calls from tenants on repairs, problems or situations concerning the property they are renting.
- Secure maintenance companies to solve repairs, problems, or situations
- Collect rents/fees and disburse to appropriate owner
- Supply Property Management Statements detailing collections, expenses, and fees.
- Randomly check properties for repairs or contract violations
- Maintain Escrow Account for Security Deposits
- Disburse deposit to owners or tenants as required
- Supply Security Deposit Statements to tenants and/or owners as required
- Find and secure the purchase of equipment furnished in a rental property if replacement required (such as refrigerator, range, A/C, etc.)
If a property owner desires, any other company can be
obtained for maintenance instead of using our regular maintenance
contractors for any type service, by supplying a list of the companies
they desire to use and what services they take care of.
